Please allow 7-10 days for delivery as items are made to order. If you would like an item sooner, please get in touch using the Contact Us page, and I can check if it is possible.
Deliveries are to mainland UK addresses only.
Return and Refund Policy
If your item is damaged during delivery, please contact me using the Contact Us page - including a photo of the damage - and I will offer a replacement or full refund. Please notify me within 2 days of delivery.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving the item as long as it is not damaged and returned in its original packaging. Delivery & return delivery charges will not be refunded.
Refunds may take up to 7 – 10 days from the date of notification. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
